02.02.2020 – a beautiful date, when all results are due to be concludedand the future to be looked into. Such a tradition exists and we aim to uphold it.

Grim Today

We are constantly frightened by today’s terrors:

Ecological and man-made catastrophes;

Climate change;

Inequality, poverty, indigence;

Corruption, weaponsof mass destruction;

Terrorism, extremism;

New decease, biotechnology;

Violence and aggression among people;

Depression, loneliness, the feeling of social needlessness;

Divorces and family instability, social institutes crisis (law, education, science, culture, security and etc.);

The loss of social confidence, anomie – the nonobservance of social and domestic rules;

Cyber-addiction and stupidity, dullness from videogames of children and adults;

Artificial intelligence, administrative crime and so on and so forth.

One gets the impression that life is not worth living.

However, there is a way out.

Everything adverse, crises happen as a result of peoples’ ill acts to one another. They do harm to others, to themselves and to their living environment and upset ecology. The Chigirev V. A. school of thought developed technologies called ecosocial technologies back in the USSR in Leningrad, now Saint Petersburg. Those technologies are to preventpeople from doing harm to each other. Those are the technologies that transform our world for the grim today to become a brighter tomorrow.

Brighter Tomorrow

According to Professor Chigirev V. A., ecosocial technology is a techniques combination of the discursive-judgmental method to achieve the set socially important tasks.

Discursive-judgmental method (DJM) – is the analysis and assessment of agents’ discursive practices regarding various life activities from the Global Ecological Principal (GEP), the Global Ethical and Moral Principal (GEMP), Three Cs points of view. Experts and citizens with the use of a wide assessment scale set carry out the analysis and assessment with the following visualization until achieving a necessary consensus.

Global Ecological Principal (GEP)–accepted by most agents a rule: do no harm to the environment, to other agents and to one’s self.

Global Ethical and Moral Principal (GEMP) – accepted by most people a rule of behavior – one must behave without doing harm to the environment, to other people and to one’s self.

The rule of Three Cs (3S): do no harm to yourself (C1), neighbors (C2), environment (C3), not in thought, not in word, not in deed. Create for yourself (C1), neighbors (C2), environment (C3) in thought, in word, in deed.

The Ecological Behavioral Imperative epitomizes the moral rule of Three Cs: do no harm to yourself (C1), neighbors (C2), environment (C3), not in thought, not in word, not in deed. Create for yourself (C1), neighbors (C2), environment (C3) in thought, in word, in deed.

The results of our research have shown that for every individual to perform healthily (in a biological, physical, somatic, psychological and social sense), above all, it is necessary to do no harm to others (C2). It is a crucial task of the present and future to ensure that every individual’s behavior follows the ecological behavioral imperative.

The Ecological Behavioral Imperativeis ensured by implementing the developed “blocking technology” based on the discursive-judgmental method (DJM) into social practice. As a result, each agent will get various inter-temporal indexes, in aggregate providing instant ethic recognition in one’s behavior. This will substantiate decision making regarding collaboration with a given agent.

The blocking technology allows regulating the implementation of new technologies. It can stimulate their introduction and distribution throughout society or prevent its implementation. The blocking technology allows establishing ecological rules of behavior for each agentfrom an ethical point of view (does it do harm to people).

Behavior ecology(do no harm to others, to the environment and to one’s self) will become a traditional rule to disperse the grim today and ensure a brighter tomorrow. This will allow people to live better due to eco-behavior and eco-management. Justice equilibrium will be upheld for every individual.

Eco-behavior (behavior ecology) is an individual’s behavior, which excludes harm to the environment, other individuals and one’s self.

Eco-management (management ecology) is an individual’s management behavior that prevents from doing harm to the environment, other individuals and one’s self.

Eco-behavior and eco-management ensure our transcendence out of a grim today into a brighter tomorrow.
